Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Muay Thai Kickboxing- Learn the techniques of Muay Thai Kickboxing. Increase power, speed, hand-eye coordination.

Spin-cycle- Indoor cycling class geared to burn, burn, burn those calories, shape up the legs and buns, increase endurance and energy.


Physio/Bosu- It's all about core strength, balance and stability, mind-body awareness. Challenging exercises performed using the physio ball and the bosu ball.

Pilates IM=X- Improve your flexibility, posture, core strength, and develop mind-body awareness. Full body workout using the pilates rings, and light weight training.

Lunchtime Crunch Time- 1/2 hour intense abdominal and lower back strengthening workout.

6 Pack Attack- Abdominals, lower back, core strength, balance, proprioception training.

Yoga- Improve your overall wellbeing, flexibility, muscle tone, muscle endurance and correct form for stretching.


Mat Pilates- Traditional mat work pilates to help improve core strength, flexibility, and help give you leaner, longer muscles.
